Setting Up Your Company

Get your TempusWork account ready in under 10 minutes.

1. Create Your Organization

After signing up, you'll be prompted to create your organization. Enter:

  • Company name — Your legal business name
  • CIF/NIF — Your Spanish tax identification number
  • Address — Registered business address
  • Industry — Select your sector for tailored compliance defaults

2. Configure Work Calendar

Set up your company's work schedule:

  • Work days — Select which days of the week your company operates
  • Public holidays — Choose your autonomous community for automatic holiday setup
  • Work hours — Define standard daily hours (e.g., 8h/day, 40h/week)

3. Add Your First Employee

Navigate to Employees → Add Employee and fill in:

  • Personal details (name, DNI/NIE, contact)
  • Contract type (indefinido, temporal, prácticas)
  • Start date and probation period
  • Salary and payment frequency
  • Work schedule assignment

4. Invite Team Members

Go to Settings → Team to invite HR administrators or managers who need access to the platform.
