QR Code Not Scanning
If your customers are having trouble scanning the QR code, try these solutions:
Common causes and fixes
QR code is too small
- Minimum recommended size: 3cm × 3cm
- For larger distances, increase the size
Poor print quality
- Print at high resolution (300 DPI minimum)
- Avoid blurry or pixelated prints
- Use a laser printer for best results
Low contrast
- Use dark QR on a light background
- Avoid colored or patterned backgrounds
- Don't place the QR code on glass with backlight
Camera issues
- Ensure the customer's phone camera focuses properly
- Clean the camera lens
- Try a dedicated QR scanner app
Test your QR code
Always scan your QR code with at least 2 different phones before printing in bulk.
