Menu Not Updating
If changes to your menu aren't showing on the public view, try these steps:
Quick fixes
Browser cache
- Ask customers to refresh the page (pull down on mobile)
- Or clear the browser cache
- In incognito/private mode, you'll always see the latest version
Mobile app cache
- If customers saved your menu as a PWA (home screen), they may need to refresh
Changes not saved
- Make sure you clicked "Save" after editing
- Check that changes appear in the menu editor
Real-time updates
pide.bar menus update in real time. If you've saved changes in the editor, they should appear immediately.
CDN propagation
In rare cases, static assets (like photos) may take up to 5 minutes to propagate globally.
