Cancelling Your Subscription

You can cancel your subscription at any time.

Steps to cancel

  1. Go to SettingsBilling
  2. Click "Manage Billing"
  3. In the Stripe portal, click "Cancel plan"

What happens when you cancel

  • Your paid features remain active until the end of your current billing period
  • After that, your account reverts to the free plan
  • Your data is not deleted — you can still access your restaurants and menus
  • You can re-subscribe at any time

Downgrade effects

When reverting to the free plan:

  • Only 1 restaurant will be accessible (you choose which one)
  • Menu items are capped at 50
  • Premium themes revert to default
  • pide.bar branding will appear on your menu
