Cancelling Your Subscription
You can cancel your subscription at any time.
Steps to cancel
- Go to Settings → Billing
- Click "Manage Billing"
- In the Stripe portal, click "Cancel plan"
What happens when you cancel
- Your paid features remain active until the end of your current billing period
- After that, your account reverts to the free plan
- Your data is not deleted — you can still access your restaurants and menus
- You can re-subscribe at any time
Downgrade effects
When reverting to the free plan:
- Only 1 restaurant will be accessible (you choose which one)
- Menu items are capped at 50
- Premium themes revert to default
- pide.bar branding will appear on your menu
