Adding Dishes to Your Menu

Add a new dish

1. Go to your restaurant's menu editor
2. Select a category (or create one first)
3. Click "Add Item"
4. Fill in the details:
   • Name — The dish name as customers will see it
   • Description — Optional description with ingredients or preparation
   • Price — Set the price in euros
   • Photo — Upload a high-quality food photo
   • Allergens — Mark any allergens (gluten, nuts, dairy, etc.)

Edit an existing dish

Click on any dish to open the editor. Changes are saved automatically and reflected on your live menu in real time.

Reorder dishes

Drag and drop dishes within a category to change their display order.

Tips for great menu descriptions

• Keep descriptions short and appetizing
• Mention key ingredients
• Highlight special preparation methods
• Always mark allergens for food safety compliance
