Quick Start Guide
1. Create Your First Board
Navigate to Feedback in the sidebar and click Create Board. Choose a name, set visibility (public, private, or read-only), and you're ready to collect feedback.
2. Install the Widget
Add the embeddable widget to your website so users can submit feedback, search your KB, and view your changelog — all without leaving your app. See Installing the Widget for setup instructions.
3. Set Up Your Roadmap
Go to Roadmap and add your planned features. Users can see what's coming and feel heard when their feedback becomes a planned item.
4. Publish Your First Changelog Entry
Go to Changelog and create your first update. Tag it with feature, bugfix, or improvement for easy filtering.
5. Write Help Articles
Create KB articles under Knowledge Base to reduce support volume. Articles are searchable from the widget.
6. Invite Your Team
Go to Settings → Team and invite team members. Assign conversations and collaborate on feedback triage.
