Creating and Managing Feedback Boards
Feedback boards are the core of feedto.me. They let you collect, organize, and prioritize user feedback.
Creating a Board
- Navigate to your product dashboard
- Click Feedback in the sidebar
- Click Create Board
- Set the board name, URL slug, and color
- Choose a visibility preset:
- Public — Anyone can view and submit
- Submit only — Anyone can submit, only team sees all posts
- Read-only — Anyone can view, only team can submit
- Private — Only team can access
Managing Posts
- Status workflow: Open → Under Review → Planned → In Progress → Completed → Closed
- Moderation: Posts can require approval before appearing publicly
- Bulk actions: Select multiple posts to change status or delete
- Comments: Reply to users directly on their posts
Voting
Users can upvote posts they agree with. Use the Top Voted sort to see what matters most to your users.
